Three demo administrators may inspect settings. Locked controls stay visible but disabled; restrictions are also enforced on the server.
Try safe settings
You can create calendars, change permitted theme options, and import a small Confluence ZIP into a new test workspace. Header and hero settings, workspace settings, email, and external sign-in can be inspected but not saved.
Personal choices
Every signed-in user can try a preferred language and the Accessibility widget. On Playground pages, editors can explore page appearance, attachments, and publication according to their role.
Reserved for the installation owner
Installing and updating modules, global security settings, external sign-in providers, API keys, password changes and resets, and deleting users are unavailable to public demo accounts. All demo modules remain enabled.
Starting state
The header countdown shows the time until the actual scheduled reset. Reset restores accounts, pages, attachments, and mutable settings; do not enter personal or confidential data.
